White Page Checklists

Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to the White Page Checklists mobile application and any related services operated by Rapips Inc. (the “Application” and the “Service Provider”). The purpose of this notice is to explain what information is handled, how it may be used, and what choices are available to you.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application is designed to function without registration and without collecting personal information during ordinary use. When the Application is used while connected to the internet, limited technical protocol information, such as a temporary IP address required for connectivity, may be exchanged as part of normal network operation. This information is not retained or used for profiling or behavioral tracking.
Location information
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
Third-party access
Because the Application does not collect personal information during standard use, personal data is not shared with third parties as part of the normal operation of the service.
Opt-out rights
You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it from your device. If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider or provide information through other channels, you may request removal of that information by writing to gingrasparker@gmail.com.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or any higher minimum age required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market the Application to them. If information is voluntarily submitted outside normal Application use and a child is involved, parental or guardian consent must apply where required by law.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through its normal operation, the risk of exposure of such data is limited. Nevertheless, no technical safeguard is perfect, and the Service Provider applies reasonable measures to protect the systems and any information that may be held through direct communications.
Data Breach Notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data during standard use, the likelihood of a breach affecting in-app personal data is minimal. If a security issue affects information you voluntarily supplied through direct communication, the Service Provider will respond and provide notification as required by applicable law.
Data Retention
The Service Provider does not centrally retain personal information from ordinary Application usage because such information is not collected in the first place. If you contact the Service Provider directly by email or through another voluntary channel, the information contained in that communication may be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain appropriate records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.
Data Deletion
You may remove content stored on your own device by deleting the Application or managing any local app data available through your device settings. If you have voluntarily provided personal information directly to the Service Provider outside normal Application use, you may request deletion by contacting gingrasparker@gmail.com. Requests will be reviewed and handled in accordance with applicable law and legitimate operational obligations.
Changes to this policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in a revised version of this page together with an updated effective date. Previous versions may be requested from the Service Provider at gingrasparker@gmail.com.
Your consent
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before the request was made.
